• If possible only the client and the Space Matters Team should be in the home during the project.
  • For mutual safety all persons in the home during the project will wear masks that cover their mouth and nose.  
  • If someone needs to take off their mask they will go outside or be next to a window if it is not possible to go outside.
  • As many windows as possible should be open during the project.
  • Frequent hand washing or hand sanitizing is recommended as necessary.
  • If the client would like to provide sanitizing wipes the team is happy to wipe down surfaces in the project area before and after the project.
  • If the client would like to provide sanitizing spray such as Lysol the team is happy to spray the project area and walkways of the home as they leave at the end of the workday.
  • If any of the Space Matters team experience symptoms that are consistent with COVID prior to the start date of the project, they will be replaced for that project.
  • If the client experience any symptoms that are consistent with COVID in the days prior to the start date of the project the project can be rescheduled with no cancellation fee.
  • If any of the Space Matters team, the client or anyone else who was in the home during the project experience any symptoms that are consistent with COVID within the 14 days after the project, everyone involved in the project will be notified.
