One Pot Chicken Thighs with Black Beans, Rice and Chiles. Pretty much straight out of The NY Times. No tweaks outside of forced pantry substitutes of Manischewitz chicken broth for stock and jasmine rice for basmati. This one was “Holy heck, we can do this one for company” good. Gave the recipe to a friend who made it for her family and it was a big hit. Let me know if you make it and how it comes out.
